1. Use of Our Services

Our wellness platform, Alpine Pulse, is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Account Responsibilities

When you register for an account with Alpine Pulse, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify Alpine Pulse immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

1.3 Acceptable Use Policy (Community Guidelines)

Alpine Pulse is a community built on respect and shared wellness goals. You agree not to use the service to:

• Post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service, servers, or networks connected to the service.
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

3. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

3.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alpine Pulse, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

3.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
